HI again...I have been having the same problems, so I am going back to total carbs. I, too, am on medicines that are making it difficult. Plus I am having foot issues that make it difficult for me to even walk. No harm in trying the total carbs for 2 weeks. That will mean cutting out Atkins bars and the foccaica and MIMS, though. Mainly just doing your protein and veggies!
