Finally broke my stall!!! I am realizing 130 may be too low for me. 133 may be where I'll look best. I am 5'6 and my pants size now between a 4 and 6 so don't want to be too skinny. Boy it feels good to say that. I will go off induction in next week and eat as I always do low carb veggies and protein.

It really is important that you go through all of the phases of the plan in order to realize what your maintenance carb level will be. Just guessing could well lead to regain of the weight you have worked so hard to lose. Think about it.
