Ok I'm seriously depressed, I do all the workouts and DH looses the weight, this is not fair !!!!!!!!!
I feel good, my clothes fit the same, they are not tight like I've gained weight, so what gives ????? My body feels good doing the pilates twice a week, plus my walking just dumbfounded :( Sometimes when I work so hard at exercising, am trying to eat more veggies and fruits and whole grains, the weight just doesn't move or it moves in the wrong direction.
Ok I've felt sorry for myself now, stop whining and get on with life !

Well I don't know what to say...but its not fair that men can lose faster than us..but thats the way it is..Just keep doing what your doing and it should show up some time..Hang in there girl...Sending Hugs...:O)

You know, during one of my not-so-successful attempts to lose weight, I lamented the fact that everyone in the house was losing weight at that time, except me! And....it was true.....even our slightly overweight pooches were losing!!! Good luck getting it all figured out.....and NEVER compare your losses to those of your DH. Just not fair at all....

This phenomenon has happened to me & mine so many times! So not fair - but so just how it is! My husband and I have learned that we can not "diet together." We have to do our own thing(s). Hang in there & keep after "it." We understand!

Okay. So we went on our little trip & ate out every day. I gained a couple. Hubby gained 3. Came home. Worked out. Ate right. My weight has remained the same. Hubby lost his 3. Plus 1 more. So. There we go! Sigh.
