Diario de graciepoo, 07 feb. 08

Yay! Finally see the scale moving down again. Not posting until saturday but glad to see the downward motion again. I have decided to just count calories, eat lots of whole grains, but allow myself a treat here and there as long as I am within my calorie allowance. I think that is much more doable for me. Now if I can just get my lazy tale to exercise!! UGH! I got out of the habit and having such a hard time starting back. I have been doing my crunches here and there while playing in the floor with the kids. I have really slim legs and arms, i just can't seem to get my midsection undercontrol! I have the awful post baby belly that doesn't seem to be tightening up. I really need to do my pilates, it always seem to improve my belly. but what i need even more is to DO IT and stop talking about it!!

Good to see some progress. When my kids were little I found I could get some exercise by taking them on walks. They liked it, too! And I got even more exercise when they decided they needed to be carried, hahahaha.

So glad to hear that things are going down on the scale, that always feels so good! Keep up the good work for sure! As for the exercise, make a small goal for yourself to start. Maybe the goal can be to do 10 minutes of pilates in the evening before bed 2 times a week. Then once you get that goal done, you can increase it to 15 minutes or add an additional day! I always have felt that when I start with a small goal and achieve it, it boosts me to do more and more and then the habit is formed. Hang in there and I know things will start to happen for you soon!

Git back up in that there saddle and RIDE IT GIRLY!! You KNOW how... you've shown us that!! You can DO IT!! Go right over to your calander and write when you are going to do it today and tomorrow... c'mon... you can do it!! :)
