Made it through the weekend without gaining. Ate a few things that weren't on the 'good' list but kept the calories reasonable. Ate out one night and was craving a gyro omelet. It wasn't on the menu but found a wrap instead of a full blown gyro. It was huge so I only ate half and had the rest for lunch the next day. Was very pleased with being able to not totally blow things up.
