Diario de gingercrack, 11 feb. 08

I overate and overdrank wine last night, but I'm self correcting this morning. I've got healthy stuff for lunch and it's going to be a great day. I'm choosing mondays as my weigh in days from here on out to keep me accountable on the weekends.

Good for you - just counting calories on fatsecret is really helping me to self correct. I'm really being honest for the first time. What a concept.............. I'm seeing Renee today and hope to get some more inspiration and guidance. Have a "naturally slender" day! -Laura

I applaud you for staying in the positive by self-correcting! Mondays are my weigh-in days, too and it does help me re-think my eating on the weekends!
