You may need to change things up a little. If you don't exercise, start. If you do exercise, change it up. Add something new in to challenge your muscles. Change up your duration, or up your intensity. Change up the foods you eat. Eat as clean as you can (lot's fresh lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies). You can try eating smaller meals with some protein at each meal every few hours. Just keep going and you will push through it.
