Not doing well today on the hunger. I made a Turkey Bacon Lettuce Tomato sandwich on whole wheat bread toasted with light mayo. It was delicious. I also had 3 pods of pickled okra and 15 grapes. I have also had 2 glasses of water and I am still munchy. I just made some tunafish and decided to wait awhile before I have a snack. I also made an extra boiled egg, so I may eat that for my midday snack and save the tuna sandwich for this evening.
I have been waiting for a friend to come by to go over healthy eating choices, but she hasn't called or come by. I am thinking about doing my pilates out of boredom. Hubby is at the movies with his cousin, baby is with his grandma watching trains or something. This is my first day home alone in forever! I have just cooked lol and I checked out sparkpeople.com, but I can't join it since I am pregnant. It directed me to babyfit or something like that. I didn't see much benefit so I am staying here with fatsecret.
yum so i just made hubby a turkey burger and added fat free cheese, onion, tomato, and lettuce as a bun! very few carbs!
