A tipical Hungarian dish. Kale,rice and minced pork in paprika souce covered with soured cream and baked in the oven. I'am just guessing the calories 😊

That looks great, Pituka. I don't know about the app but on the desktop website you can add things to a cookbook to work out the nutrition per portion then add things again at a later day. I do it for loads of things to make live easier. I also think that if you do it, others can view the whole recipe to follow it. Have a great day!

I'd say it depends on how much and how often you eat it, Allen. Sometimes you just need something that's good for your mental well being right at that time.

This isn't a bad nutritionally It has kale, rice, pork, paprika and sour cream... nothing really sinful there and all whole foods. I would have to disagree with you Allen14 a pizza would be at least 4 times the calories .

Actually, re-reading, if you left out the rice it would pretty much be the so-called "Crack-slaw" recipes on carious keto sites.

I do not follow any kind of diet. I'm counting the calories and try to eat less. So far it works for me :) when I tried dieting I always failed. This time I don't want to give up!!!!
