Recorded a 4.4 lb loss on my first day, receiving a warning that my weight loss is extreme, and I will reach my 40lb goal in about a week. LOL. Being 6'7" and 275 I expect large swings from day to day, simply because of normal metabolic activity.
Anyway, I find that recording my diet and exercise activities to be very helpful in helping me to stay on task.
