It's a slow progression to get down to a weight loss level of calories... I figure this week if I just eat to maintain, that's a good step towards my goal... after weeks of eating far more calories than I need to maintain myself, it always takes me a while to get back into the groove.

I guess I'm not an all or nothing girl... and even this weekend, Saturday will be good, Sunday, I know my calories will be high, but it is what it is, and hopefully I'll get back into some exercise on Saturday, to get me back on the exercise train!
