I recorded a gain today. I thought I might have one, but it's always disappointing when the number goes up. Oh well, I'm moving forward. Yesterday I didn't get my workout done and I ended up snacking quite a bit last night, which I think was a stress eating thing. I wanted to go get fast food since I was on my own for dinner, but I didn't I stuck to my plan for that, so at least I had a small win.
Today should be better. I'll need a workout after my busy day at work, so it will be good. I think I have most of my things done for vacation, but I know we'll be trying to keep the house clean all week, and packing through the week too, so I'll be busy. I'll need a vacation after this week!
