Diario de kathydetweiler, 23 jun. 18

Woke up and fixed hubby his breakfast. I decided to check my blood glucose, doctor told me that I didn't have to check it every day, so I've been checking it once a week. It was 63 this morning. I drank a glass of orange juice but now I'm wondering if I should check it more often? I wasn't systematic so I'm glad I checked it. Maybe the five mile a day walking and the dieting and metaformin together has made this happen?

I wouldn't think so. I guess the doctor didn't want me obsessed with checking it.
