Happy Friday !!!
Weight same although from last Friday to now it's been up a pound then back, frustrating. Checked with my doctor & I stopped one medication, which she said was ok no side effects from stopping. Hoping this will have some affect on my weight gain, and maybe loose a pound or two, we'll wait and see. Doc said if I needed to start again in a few months, just to let her know.. Fingers Crossed :)
Walk was good, sweat a lot !
Cleaned our more of basement yesterday, and doing some more today. Friend took lots of stuff to add to her garage sale, I was just glad to get it out of the basement :)
