I am going out with my cousin to eat. I will try not to eat too much. I know I am on the right track with aiming under 2,000 calories a day. In a week or two I will fast one day a week too maybe to help detox my body. Is loosinisfun still around?

Thanks Buffy - I hope to start getting on buddies' journals this week ahead. I made sure not to eat too much before going out. And I filled up very fast and stopped, and ate some more dinner a few hours later. I am feeling better too since starting, no more bloated feeling either.

Intake for August 5, 2012 - Breakfast - 460 Snack - 220 Lunch - 360 Snack - 300 Supper - 380 = Total of 1,720 calories. On track! Eating less and smaller meals is helping. I have a sandwich for dinner and a vegetable of some sort and it is filling me up and I snack on fruit or vegetables and it goes farther. No cake or junk food, and I feel better eating healthy. My cousin gave me cake yesterday but I have to give it to someone else as I can't and won't eat it and don't like sweets anyway - fortunately. Seeing a 400 lb. former neighbor today in a wheelchair staring at cake at the store is a very good reason to not even go there with food.
