Diario de drshellking, 07 jul. 18

So far, so good. I’ve been maintaining my weight at or below 112 pounds since early May after losing the 20 plus pounds that I had gained last year.
Once in awhile I go over my calorie limit but for the most part it hasn’t been too difficult sticking to the calorie limit each day. Mainly I have to avoid chips, and snacking in the evening which tends to be my downfall.
For right now I’m going to keep track of my calories. That 20 pounds last year was a big deal.
