As an experiment, I decided to eat vegetarian food for 3 weeks (while my husband us away). Fish is the only exception to my meatless food plan. Today I oven-baked a wild caught (not by me though ;) pacific rockfish - it tasted great!

jengetfit123 It's not 100% veggie since I eat fish. It is an interesting experience so far ;)
