On a liquid fast today aside from 2 tbs of chia seeds in water with some cinnamon. Started the day out with water and coffee with cinnamon. Waited till about 3pm to have the chai seed mixture, then once again at about 10pm. Also had a serving of raw organic sauerkraut. I plan on moving on to strictly liquids tomorrow, herbal teas, lemon water, coffee... I’m feeling pretty good, too! My cravings have been tolerable, I feel more energized for sure and have been going nonstop with errands and work and even some play. Got a quick run in before one of my dogs decided he didn’t want to run anymore. I could keep going, but it’s bedtime but am going to do some core exercises before hitting the hay.. All in all a good one I’d say. :)
