Not on a specific diet. Eating very little animal protein and losts of fresh fruits and vegetables plus protein smoothies. Have gone from 261 to 253 in six days. They say to drink half your body weight in oz. of water. Have been doing this. If you drink 17 oz of ice water after eating a meal it will increase fat burning up to 30%. Am not sure what my calorie intake is right now but I think it is around 1500. I want to lose slowly and keep really hydrated so I don't have severe sagging flesh. Not only do I want to be healthy, I want to look decent as well. Had friend who had gastric surgery to lose weight and her flesh just ripples down her body. Not cool. Berlin.
