8.0 hrs sleep, 0.0 hrs CPAP, 7 fatigue, RNeck 1.0, Joints 5-ish;
Post Amusement Park weekend recovery. 2 days of increased caloric intake AND expenditure. No pain issues (yea!), but very fatigued and joint pain associated w/use.
Weight gain of several pounds. Suspect mainly retention related, as exercise **should have** exceeded intake, but it was quite difficult to properly enter foods w/ all the snacking & theme park activities w/ family. I'm not concerned..if I did put on some weight, it will come off as I get back to normal diet/exercise.
The important factoid is that physically, I was able to do the vaca thing, felt mostly good during, and DW is thrilled!!!.
Mission accomplished!
