Yet another cheeseburger casserole magnifique! And just thrown together: cook down onions, red peppers, mushrooms, in yesterday’s pan fat renders, mmmmmm. Brown ground beef, reserve juices. Pour reserved beef juices ( I used half, since boy doesn’t so like full on fat. I pour some extra on mine soo..)..drizzle the juicy Stuff into softened cream cheese. Process to desired whipping texture.( ohh, the uses .. beef fat cheesecake anyone???...add all ingredients into the cc mixture , lightly mix and into baking dish. Add shredded cheese layer, top with lots parm. 350 oven until done ~30 minutes. Use whatever spices. So very good and KETO.
