Diario de phibs, 19 ago. 18

After a few annoying days of almost no improvement on the scales despite only eating 1200 calories every day and exercising, the weight is finally starting to come off again. Now I've lost 7.5lbs since I started dieting properly again on August 1st, and I'm starting to see the difference. Glad I didn't give up! Sometimes you just need to hang in there and keep going.

It's so hard I have done two and half weeks of really strict calorie counting and only lost two pound, so we'll done keep going!
