So I haven't been watching what I was eating while in Ottawa for the weekend, so I'm sure the scale will say bad things, but I'm back tracking and CARING about what I eat.
I need to work on eating because I'm hungry, as opposed to because it's a time of day when most people eat!
I also need to get back into exercising! I felt so great when I exercised regularly, and I need to make that more important than watching TV or even more important than eating chocolate!! (which you all know, chocolate is my nemesis!).
At any rate, I need to stop talking and start doing! So I am going to go shower, then do some administrative stuff, and then I'll work out... yes I will! It might seem counter-intuitive to shower first, but I find if I don't shower, I feel yucky and can't seem to work out as hard... and this workout will be hard regardless! :)
