So I did it... I exercised two days in a row! I was feeling sore from my Walk away the pounds video yesterday, but I decided that sitting on the couch was not making my muscles feel better, so I may as well go for a walk. I almost didn't do anything, the weather man said it was going to rain (and the sky looked gloomy), but I have the most amazing optimistic hubby, who said we should just go, and I'm sure it will be fine, and other than sweat dripping off my forehead, I didn't get wet at all!!
So even though my calories weren't ideal today, I think it's a success!
Onwards to a long day tomorrow - work, then dinner, then lottery draw until Midnight! Here's hoping there's a Lotto Max winner, so I don't have to do this again next Friday!
