Amazing. If i dont eat past 7pm and i only eat when i feel hunger i drop weight. I can see that my prior eating was probably due to anxiety. Now if i realize its related to anxiety i can choose other ways to relax. Still on track in my weight loss journey.
Update: So today is my birthday and I have to leave for London on a 2 week assignment. Needless to say, this will be a test of my mettle. I need to keep my weight loss going. So far so good...went to Panera Bread and had the you pick two...I chose the Chicken Caesar salad, a cup of Black bean soup, bottled water and an apple. I am sure later today will include birthday cake so I need to be good. I also wonder if I can find a place to weigh myself while in London.

Anxiety, sadness, anger, happiness, lonliness, so many reasons to eat. I think retraining the brain is the hardest part of htis.

Yeah, for me if I felt anxious I sought out the starchy carbs. Bread, rice, french fries. Somehow, teh starch would make me calm down. Now, I realize that I just need to organize my thoughts to avoid anxiety. If I plan/organize properly then I will be ok.
