It has been very tough for me lately. It seems I've fallen off the wagon... and then get back on.... and fall off again. Although I continue to lose an average of 2 pounds per week, I don't feel very good about the way I've been eating. I gain and lose and gain and lose. The diet rollercoaster I guess. I would love to blame it on stress but I know its just me giving into cravings. Aaaahhhh! I wish this was easier.

First of all, you are lucky that you are losing so speedily (in my opinion) but I realize that you want to get your eating under control. Are the cravings brought on by too many carbs? Can you pin-point what it is? For me, discontinuing carbs and sugars, and filling up on protein & veggies does the trick. If it is sweets, try diet hot chocolate. Good luck........Your graph is phenominal, now you have to get your head in a better place, through your stomach, or visa versa......

Hang in there! It looks like you've had a wonderful journey so far! Remember that you're only human and you're going to mess up now and again. Don't beat yourself up over it and just keep going. You can do it! :)
