Diario de notfast, 23 ago. 12

Not really thankful for my scales this morning, really frustrating how they just don't like me :(
Thankful for decent night sleep, even though I seemed to dream a lot, can't remember dreams, but just a little tired this morning.
Oh well, it's off to pilates I go !

That is just not fair! You have been working so hard. Don't give up - sometimes you might just be retaining water for some unknown reason. Tomorrow is another day.

Enjoy Pilates. Pretty soon, you'll be planning to head back to AZ and you'll need to find a class down there.
