i have type 2 diabetis and the last time i talked to my doctor about dropping weight, he told me to drop my calories to 1600 which i thought would leave me hungry. however since i have been keeping a closer tab on my calories most days im at 1300. the chocolate that i use to crave, i still crave but i kno that i cant eat it like i use to, so i buy mini milky ways and i put a limit of one or two a day. sure i want more, but i know that i have to change my eating habits if i want to drop my weight. for me, someone that all my life i have eaten whatever i wanted is a very big challenge. and naturally i like all the good food...lol...like they say if its good...its probly got alot of calories...so true so true...but in moderation, and if you are craving something, best to eat alittle of it and be rid of the cravings, after all not every day is gonna be a good day....your not gonna drop that weight without a few set backs. it will just give you the drive to try harder....
