Diario de kathydetweiler, 22 sep. 18

I have a bad kidney stone. All I want is to keep exercising but two weeks ago it was severe chest pains, turned out to be acid reflux, and now it's this kidney pain. I'm so afraid I'll start gaining weight back because I'm not exercising! I walked with the chest pain but I can't do hardly anything with this pain! I'm feeling so discouraged right now.
