So I've lost a grand total of ZERO pounds in the last two weeks. Damn.

I know that I had a really good start and dropped really fast and I knew that it would level off for a bit but this really sucks to be stagnant for two weeks.

I'm still not getting a lot of support at home either (girl scout cookies and other yummy unhealthy food keeps finding its way into the pantry). This is really hard to resist or to sit there eating a piece of turkey while everyone else in the family is having pizza.

Try not to get discouraged. I often go a week or two ( or longer! ) at a steady weight, and then start losing again. I have no idea why that happens, but I try to stay positive. As far as support at home, after awhile I learned to ignore the temptations. However, I also think it's ok to splurge once in a while ( e.g. a Girl Scout cookie ) It seems to keep me from feeling too deprived, which for me leads to giving up, and I've come too far to give up now.
