Try not to get discouraged. I often go a week or two ( or longer! ) at a steady weight, and then start losing again. I have no idea why that happens, but I try to stay positive. As far as support at home, after awhile I learned to ignore the temptations. However, I also think it's ok to splurge once in a while ( e.g. a Girl Scout cookie ) It seems to keep me from feeling too deprived, which for me leads to giving up, and I've come too far to give up now.
