Being very good and eating lots of soup! The goal of a free holiday is real incentive. My friend wants me to go back to slimming world but I can’t get on with their ‘free food’ and ‘eat lots’ way of dieting as I eat healthily anyway and find calorie counting so much easier. I might go to the classes for moral support and to be in a group.
