Walked 9.5 miles today. Seemed like longer. WAAYYYY exhausted. Part of it is the sun. I need to start walking earlier when I walk on hot days. I HAVE to break 10 miles next week.
Could be part of the problem is that the i walked 7 miles Wed, 6miles thursday. The consecutive days may be the issue...but since they actually help with the training..I'll just be a little more deliberate with it.
this makes 31.5 miles for the week.
