Been sick to my tummy for two days now. But fighting craveings of sweets. I'm wanting donuts!!!!

That's hard... but I'm sure you've gotten through it before. You're a fighter, and can make it through the cravings. It is happening to me right now, and I'm not doing a great job of fighting it, I feel like an alcoholic that had a sip and now wants more... but my drug is sugar!! I hope you're doing better.

Hope you feel better soon. Just keep telling your self that if you eat it you will be upset later. Grab some fruit. :)

Thanks I got though it. And yes it is for me also a drug for me. Others just don't understand that it's addition.
