I am hoping to kick it into high gear again. Had a gain over the last 2 weeks that can be attributed to eating too much, drinking alcohol in excess one night and not going to the Y for over a week. Yesterday I went for a run on my road for the first time and I have lived here 5.5 years. Then today I had a good cardio workout at the Y. I might do the run again tonight, too. Looking forward to the finale of Biggest Loser tonight!
