I’m happy with my weight entry I’m back on track after my drinking 9days ago my resting heart rate is not back where I want it though weight loss is due to small calorie intake can’t do for long even though haven’t felt hungry just had porridge 2 times a day and salad by itself in evening 1 more week and then back to proper meals I think only been about 400 calories a day which isn’t good

I don’t think it’s good to starve your body too much. I would definitely increase you calorie otherwise your body will start storing fat. Porridge is good for slow release carbs but I think a Slim Fast shake would keep you full longer plus it has all the nutrients you need. At 230 cals you can’t really go wrong. 😘

Yes I get what your saying but I don’t feel hungry and it’s just until next weekend and porridge is due to borderline cholesterol which it lowers I’m fine but thank you for caring wouldn’t do for longer

Glad to hear you're coming off restricted calories. Porridge is great, very filling and one of my 'go to' meals. You might find you lose a wee bit more by having a couple of higher calorie days for your last week, kind of like a reverse 5:2 ☺ but I'm sure you've got this worked out.

I’m not worried about the weight there’s no hurry I know once it’s gone it won’t be coming back and only got enough salad for 2 days and going to cafe on Wednesday so it will be split and had curry today
