OK so I ate the glazed donut and went over my RDI for the first time since starting this crazy ride (I don't count my official "overfeed" day as going over). It wasn't even satisfying. It tasted great! But I was majorly disappointed-I had no sense of satisfaction or fullness- I won't be doing that again. I was only over by 132 calories, but it is still doesn't fit in with my current goals.
