Yea! Down 0.8 to 126.6! That is a new low and I am so so happy! Only 1.6 more pounds to reach my mini goal, my driver's lisence weight that I have not seen in a year! Can't tell ya how excited I am to get there! :) Well I gotta go work out, chat later! have a great day everyone! Addon: i just did my kickboxing, and I haven't done that workout in over a week! Man it felt hard after not doing it for a while! It was good though! I need to do some strength training today, I think I may be losing muscle mass as a result of not enough weight training OR protein. High fiber is helping a lot, but getting it all from bran cereal is a BAD IDEA! I get bloated that way. Gotta balance the soluble and insoluble fiber by eating fruit, vegetables, and whole grains.
