I really need to sort myself out. Why is it when I feel poorly I eat more crap rather than healthy food which is more likely to make me feel better ??

Tell me about, I do the same if I don't sleep enough. I guess comfort food is called that for a reason. I keep telling myself tomorrow is another day. I know if I have a meal that is too light, I have a snack attack later. It's all about getting the balance right, and not beating yourself up on a bad day. I wonder whether all your exercise is correct, for example if you stand at work for presentations, that burns more calories than 'desk work'.
