Whew...it's finally coming together. I know I still have too much fat in my diet but right now, I have to work with what's in the house and unfortunately, that means high fat foods. I can't wait until I can get out to do some serious grocery shopping and hopefully, spice up my meal plans some. I don't mind eating the same things over and over again...it brings me comfort. But...that way lies danger as eventually, I will slip off and binge on something I've been craving.
Right now, I just thank God that I have the energy to do the little bit of exercising I'm getting in and that I have the control to give up my absolute fav item ever....my Circle K coffee....2 weeks without any....go Amy, go Amy....
