Holiday family get togethers are hard on diets! Especially when no one else at the get together cares about the nutritional value of the food. I ended up going over on my calories but not as bad as I thought once I had put it all into my food tracker. Then, my husband makes me breakfast today....so very sweet!!! But....a couple hundred calories higher than I normally eat. I feel like I'm being sabotaged!!!! I know they aren't doing this on purpose but only being a couple of weeks into the weight loss, I need to stay on track. Ah well, today is a new day and I can eliminate one of my snacks this morning to make up for the extra calories at breakfast. I definately need to walk today though!
