Morning everyone,
Well a hard week , not been bad so hoping it’s water retention seeing I’ve hardly drank my 3/4 litres a day 🤔..
Points this last week :-
1.PT..told me to cut my cross trainer work out as I’ve been hard at it - and says it’s not helping my muscle growth.. so advising me on incline walking (incline 6.5 speed 6.5 ) what you guys think ?
Anyway back to work Monday 😭enjoy the weekend everyone xx

How long you must walk in time? 20-30 min after weights is enough.

Hi on my weight days x2 I’m doing it after 30-45 mins ..then 3/4 days I’m doing it solely as my cardio for 45-60 mins ..

My opinion that 45min after weights session burns your muscles instead of fat. As I said 20min is enough.

What type of weight routine are you doing Gaz ?

Hi currently doing with PT shoulders/back , chest/arms .. 3rd day legs ? Or what I can due to my problems in right hip joint and then 2 cardio days .. (5 routine )

Slowly but surely Gaz 1 to 10 how heavy are you lifting ? do you use resistance machines or free weights ?
