Not gonna lie I gained a pound during Thanksgiving, but I'm back down to 138.2. Gonna start adding some cardio into my workouts and not just vball cardio on Sundays since I'm starting to coach a travelling girls vball team. Don't want the girls to think I'm out of shape to know and play the game 😂😂😂.

Waist: 25.5 (relaxed); 24.75 (flexed)
Hips: 38.25
Gut: 32.5 (relaxed); 31 (flexed)

It was really good!! Actually Kinda fun, the girls are a lot better skillwise than I thought!! (Makes things easier lolol)
