Diario de razor123ray, 13 dic. 18

It wasn’t that good a drop because had lunch too late so ended up not having dinner and gong out Saturday my weight will go up by about 1.6kg if history tells me anything so not too excited

I have self control in abundance I know I will get where I’m going and I know it isn’t a race but delays irritate me it was easy to lose weight before I retired because I did a physical job and I was on my feet working 11 hours a day without a break if I was hungry I had a cup a soup or something but now you have to earn it more
