Look at you sneaking in here with a 1.5 lb loss and no journal! You are 1 ounce away from being in the 170's and nothing to say? Way to go sis! I am so proud of you for doing all that exercise and for motivating the other nurses on your floor to join in. I can feel your excitement every time I talk to you. You finally BELIEVE you can do this!
