Diario de cherylmom, 07 abr. 08

-So sorry I have been out of touch for the last couple of weeks. It was my birthday and Easter and a million things so I just was living like a crazy person. I did some yoyo weight gaining and losing it has been very frustrating. My trainer at the gym said it was normal but I have been pretty upset. I think I am back on track now I can tell by my clothes something is happening. I am following the GI diet to the T but I get bored with it some days and I have been drinking a LEAN MUSCLE for lunch once in awhile. Well I am going to Hawaii at the end of the month for two weeks and I won't have the gym to go to. I am so worried that I will gain. My husband is doing a job there and I get to go too. We are staying at some ones house so I will be able to eat what I want but no where to exercise. Still it is Hawaii.
