Well 2018, didn’t reach targets as quick as intended but have still progressed 👍 had a total loss of 20 kilos but it has taken 18months 😬...will take further 12kilo loss in 2019 but hope a bit sooner 😂👍

Well done,it sounds easy when you start I lost 1 stone the first week of my diet so I thought I’ll be done by end of October but it doesn’t work that way but we will get there just a bit later it’s not a race it’s a journey good luck 👍

Same here Ray, on outset I planned for 16-20weeks n forgot I wasn’t a monk after all 😂

Every time I go out for a drink I get behind by 2 weeks it takes its toll but we need to keep connected to people it just makes it harder
