A little brisk walk around a local park with daughter. Welcoming homemade carrot, pepper and tomato soup for lunch thanks to wife. 369th day without alcohol and I secretly laugh at the dry January crowd. Enjoying a good Saturday. In other news decided to weigh once a week for my own sanity mainly. Previously it has been daily and became an obsession, my scales are linked to all my health apps and are accurate. So I’m thinking I can focus on living and not obsessing on weight.
