Not doing too well, in the sense that I've overeaten on graham crackers. Still ... its better than a candy bar ... better on the sat. fat also, which I need to watch because of my heart. I wish I weren't over 2,000mg. of sodium but I'm living and learning!!! I love Fat Secret though because it calculates all that and I can see what I need to do to have better results. I still like my 3 Day diet a lot!!! Even if I slip up, I still have a bit of leeway. I hope to make some buddies here soon.
