Diario de LadyZa, 15 oct. 12

Right OK, start again from today. Forget last week it was so very bad! That's allowed right? Back to uni means back to concentrating on something other than food and accidentally not snacking or eating crap. I do have "welcome drinks" tonight though- I shall avoid the booze and try to make good choices when it comes to the nibbles selection! But who knows what they'll have. I find eating out the biggest disaster in this whole dieting thing- how can you make sure you're eating right when you don't fully know what you're eating? Tricky
