I haven't been checking in here lately. I have been running 3 days a week. I am running about 4-5 miles per week now. I am excited about that. I also joined a yoga group. I am going to try doing that eventually twice a week but for now its just going to be once a week.

I have stablized more or less around 190 pounds. I wasn't as successful as I would have liked to have been on Round 2 however I do acknowledge it has all been a learning experience.

Right now I am considering doing another round but will do it with a friend so we can keep each other accountable. If you are reading this:

There is no cure all for weight loss. It is a combination of things. If you can find and adopt all the ingredients you will have a happy outcome!
